Welcome to LandRegMaps.ie (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Who We Are
LandRegMaps.ie is operated by GetHouseSurvey.ie, The Edge, Avonmore Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24, D24 XH2H, Ireland.

2. Services Provided
LandRegMaps.ie provides Land Registry Compliant Maps for properties in Dublin, Kildare, Meath & Wicklow. All maps are prepared in accordance with Land Registry/Tailte Eireann requirements and delivered both digitally via email and by post.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are placed via our website order form.
  • Accurate and complete information (including property address, Eircode, postal address and contact details) must be provided.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of order via our secure online payment system (Stripe).
  • Once payment is received, your order will be processed and delivered within the specified turnaround time. We will contact you if any additional information is required or if a visit to the property is required.

4. Delivery of Maps

  • Maps are delivered by email to the address provided at the time of order and the original maps will be posted to your nominated address.
  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received your map within the expected timeframe.

5. Use of Maps

  • Maps supplied by LandRegMaps.ie are for use in Land Registry applications and related property transactions.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you provide are accurate and suitable for your intended use.
  • We do not accept responsibility for errors or omissions in the information you supply.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled and refunded before work has commenced.
  • Once your map has been prepared, refunds are not available except in cases where we are unable to deliver the service as described.
  • If you believe there is an error with your map, please contact us promptly and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • LandRegMaps.ie and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our maps or services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on LandRegMaps.ie, including maps, website content, and branding, is the property of GetHouseSurvey.ie and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 
  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
  • Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
